The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a central role in VeloxLogistics' technology-driven supply chain. You’ll help manage the daily flow of goods—from the moment they arrive at the dock to their final loading onto outbound trucks. You’ll work with handheld scanners, electric pallet jacks, conveyor systems, and the company’s internal tracking software.
Responsibilities

Unload inbound trucks using pallet jacks and assist forklift operators

Scan parcels using barcode devices linked to VeloxLogistics’ digital inventory system

Build pallets following stacking guidelines to protect fragile items

Sort shipments by destination region and service level

Support cycle counts and help identify inventory discrepancies

Uphold safety standards and keep dock areas free from obstructions
Requirements

No formal education needed

Ability to lift 20–30 kg safely

Comfortable using technology (scanners, tablets) during work

Reliability and ability to work during peak logistics hours (early mornings / late afternoons)
