Responsibilities

Pick vegetables, herbs, and fruits by hand with proper handling

Use harvesting knives, clippers, or buckets safely

Transport filled crates to collection zones for weighing

Remove old plant material to prepare for new planting

Work in teams coordinated by field supervisors

Adjust pace depending on crop maturity and weather (early mornings preferred)
