After each harvest, produce must be carefully processed. You’ll work inside Agricolt’s post-harvest facility, sorting vegetables, fruits, or greens according to size, firmness, color, and freshness.
Responsibilities

Operate sorting belts and visually inspect produce

Identify defects (bruising, discoloration, overgrown or underdeveloped items)

Clean produce using washing tunnels or manual rinse stations

Prepare graded batches for packing or cold storage

Maintain sanitation of sorting lines according to food-safety rules

Use handheld scanning tools to track batch numbers
